An attractive house plan for a small two bedroom home, guest house or vacation home in an Early American Gambrel style. It can be an ideal first home, guest house, or, an office addition off of a main home.

Plans provide for complete construction details for a two story home which measures 26'-8" wide by 21'=4" deep with two and 1/2 baths; a large fireplaced living room with a galley type kitchen and 1/2 bath on the first floor. The second floor contains two bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Alternatively, the second floor is adequate in size for office space, a studio or work area. Plans are easily reproducable on any standard copying machine. Plans are just $65.00 post paid for delivery within the US and include both variations of the Double Duty.
